While these experiences and many others can, unfortunately, be somewhat common, they can also be traumatic. Oftentimes, if you avoid dealing with these past events, they can begin to take control of your life.

The good news is, I can help you move past your trauma and cope in a healthy way. You deserve to live a happy life, regardless of your past. I am a solution-focused therapist and certified clinical supervisor in private practice in Miami, Florida. Trained at the University of Pennsylvania with almost 20 years of experience, I approach therapy in a way that will help you to heal the wounds of your past and deal with the issues of the present in a warm, nurturing, and non-judgmental manner.

I am also a certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) practitioner. EMDR is an effective and powerful form of therapy that I use to treat PTSD and traumatic memories. You can expect a reduction in your anxiety, grief, thought distortions, phobias, and a variety of other symptoms.
